Our firm recently secured a resolution on behalf of the Estate of a woman and her surviving spouse in a complex and heartbreaking medical malpractice case.

The case arose after the patient underwent pituitary surgery. In the days that followed, physicians and nursing staff failed to recognize and properly treat her development of Diabetes Insipidus (DI)—a known and serious potential complication of this type of procedure. Without timely intervention, DI can rapidly cause dangerous sodium imbalances in the body.

In this case, the failure to diagnose and treat DI led to severe hypernatremia, resulting in catastrophic brain swelling. Tragically, she passed away just days after what should have been a carefully monitored recovery.

This case underscores the critical importance of vigilant post-surgical monitoring, clear communication among medical providers, and immediate intervention when warning signs appear. When preventable errors occur, families are left to endure unimaginable loss. Our role is to pursue accountability and secure justice on their behalf.

Our Firm’s Philosophy, Commitment, and History

We are, first and foremost, experienced and proven trial lawyers.

Not every doctor is qualified to be a surgeon—just as not every lawyer is qualified to be a trial lawyer. Success in the courtroom requires specific skills, deep preparation, strategic thinking, and the ability to stay composed under intense pressure. We prepare every case as though it will go to trial, which positions our clients strongly whether in settlement negotiations or before a jury.

We are highly specialized and deeply knowledgeable in our practice areas. That focus allows us to handle complex and challenging cases with the level of precision and dedication they deserve.

Before retaining any law firm, we believe clients should ask important questions:

  • Does the attorney have experience in your specific situation?
  • Are legal concepts explained clearly and understandably?
  • Will you have meaningful access to your lawyer throughout the case?
  • Does the attorney genuinely believe in your case?
  • Most importantly: Do you feel comfortable with the legal team?

The reality is that most clients don’t lose confidence in their lawyer because of legal incompetence. Trust erodes when personal connection is lost—and that connection matters deeply in every case.

At our firm, that won’t happen. When you place your trust in us, we commit our full experience, resources, and dedication to pursuing the best possible outcome. We stand beside our clients with skill, preparation, and unwavering advocacy—because accountability matters, and so does personal trust.
